Flare Located on Carnaby shopping street, the head chef Paco offers a variety of seasonally-prepared modern European dishes to satisfy every palate. Indulge in a high-quality tapas dining experience with the Saturday Tapas Brunch. For 90 minutes, enjoy bottomless Prosecco, Mimosa’s, Bellini’s and draught beer while choosing 2 tapas and 1 side dish per person. The tapas options include falafel with tzatziki, grilled flatbread with hummus, crispy baby squid with aioli, chicken satay skewers with peanut dip, buttermilk chicken with sweet chilli mayo, BBQ glazed wings, garlic bread (with or without cheese) and prawns in garlic and chilli. The sides include onion rings, chunky chips, French fries, sweet potato fries and garlic bread. This is a delicious and enjoyable brunch experience.
