This Chocolate Making Workshop is a fun and informative way to learn the art of making chocolates. The workshop, which is very popular, features truffle making, chocolate demonstrations and plenty of opportunities to indulge in delicious chocolate. In this workshop you’ll learn about the world of chocolate from our expert chocolatier who will share some interesting facts. You’ll also get to make your own personalised giant chocolate slab using professional dipping forks to create marbled effects and stunning decorations for your unique design. You’ll learn how to make fresh cream truffles and decorate them using dark chocolate ganache, melted chocolate and toppings such as white chocolate flakes, honeycomb, sea salt, and strawberry curls. At the end of the session, you’ll take home your own handmade creations, carefully wrapped in beautiful ribbon tied bags.
