This surf coaching session is designed for beginner and improver surfers. All equipment, including soft foam surfboards, is provided. The coaching sessions consist of teaching on land and in water, starting with a gentle beach warm-up to get your muscles ready for action before you hit the water. The coach will guide you through all aspects of surfing, from how to use and carry your board safely to health and safety. These sessions are suitable for surfers of all ages and fitness levels, whether this is your first time on a board or you are still developing the skill to catch small waves standing up. Once you are confident in catching waves, our coach will teach you techniques for standing and aim to get you standing up in the water during your first session.
